When photographer/writer Shreve Stockton moved back to New York from the west coast, she rode her vespa across country. In Wyoming, she was captivated by the open spaces, red dirt and mountains. Unable to shake these images, Stockton moved to Ten Sleep, Wyoming – population 300! Just beginning to adjust to this lifestyle, she was given a ten-day-old coyote pup whose parents had been killed. This is a moving account of Stockton’s first year with the coyote, Charlie.
