ROYAL STREET by Suzanne Johnson

After Hurricane Katrina hammers New Orleans and Drusilla Jaco’s boss, turns up missing, sentinel DJ becomes responsible for protecting the city from the supernatural bad guys. Not only have the levees failed, but the borders between the modern day city of New Orleans and the Otherworld have crumbled. To make matters worse, DJ’s partner is a grenade-toting assassin.

I enjoyed this book. Nothing spectacular but an enteraining read.

I found this book very captivating and on the clean side. I find it so hard to find books that can capture my attention past the first chapter and still not go R or worse rated with sex on me. I look forword to getting a hold of the next one.
